Investing in companies that are going public!
Companies are going public in a little known process called a reverse merger and listed on pink sheets or the otcbb. What if you could find out about these companies before they public? This is a topic that we will be discussing daily on the The U.S. Investor Center
website!
To Raise Capital or Get a Loan?
After years of being a lender and going through the loan application process, underwriting, appraisal and more I have to say that the loan process under the best circumstances is a beating!
Raising capital can be a challenge as well but it is missing some of the requirements an underwriter at a bank would hammer you with – like credit or the fact that they have stopped doing construction company financing or restrauants or whatever. I have seen it happen and even worse when a company gets the loan done and then the bank changes the term – reduces the line of credit… I mean it is enough to drive you to drink.
Why do companies go public? For money! It’s simple they sell a portion of their company in exchange for money. It’s all about the money. You can raise money without going public as well. Now let me pause and tell you that even small companies can go public within reason – I mean Joes Pool Hall might not be the best canidate but the locally based nationally charted bank or oilfield service company might be perfect!
Back to raising capital
It’s great! You determine the terms of the deal and how the investor gets their money. It has to make sense but if it does then you might very well have access to more money than you think. Look at it this way – do you know 20 people? Do you know 20 people that have or have access to $50,000 between cash credit and retirement accounts? Chances are you do and that would make a $1,000,000 capital raise possible but let’s take it to another level – those 20 people each know people and on and on….
So do you have an idea that might interest others?

2 Companies Going Public
Most people when they hear about a company going public we harken back to large IPO’s during the Internet company explosion. I also remember the stories of UPS when they finally went public. So when most people think about going public they think they need to be this huge company with a National or Multi-National Locations and more. The reality is that your company may be an ideal company to take public. I am currently working with a farm that creates hybrid seeds and small recording studio. We are also in discussions with a technology company, food company, a vehicle wrapping company, oil field services and more. If you have a good idea that we can talk about to the press and is interesting it could be great small public company and the stock could sell on the OTC BB or the Pink Sheets and eventually on the big boards if the company gets large enough but if not then no problem.
The other thing that most people are unaware of is you do not have to rely on loans alone to grow your company! How about raising capital! Our average capital raise goals are $750K- 1Million per month. It can happen for you and you don’t have to give up the farm – no play on words intended – to do it.

A Seed Manufacturer, Artist, Seafood Processor, Distressed Asset Acquisition Company and Mortgage Company are all going public. There are more on the list that are being made ready to go as I write. It is exciting for the companies, the investors and us as a company. They are in the process of raising the capital to grow their business all the while preparing to go public. The great thing for the one that have invested in these companies is that they within months of their invest they will have the option of exiting the investment with profit in hand – How much you might ask – well I cannot discuss that due to confidentiality but suffice it to say most are not taking the early exit most have committed to ride it out and watch what it does on the public market side because that is when it gets really fun. I mean think about it – If you had a company and it was infused upon going public with 3-5 million in capital from stock sales what more could you do – open other offices and territories – expand to other countries – buy competitors – —- the sky is the limit for these companies and it is very exciting times. If you would like to dig in and find out more about the process and opportunities then you need to contact our offices at 800-977-4227 . x505.
